1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the 6egame platform (the "Platform"), you ("the Player", "you", "your") agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and all other policies published on this Platform, which together constitute the complete agreement between you and 6egame ("the Company", "we", "us", "our").

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Continued use of the Platform following any published update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To register and use the 6egame Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a strict requirement and is non-negotiable. 6egame operates as an adults-only platform in full compliance with responsible gaming standards.
• You must be a natural person — corporate or entity accounts are not permitted.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, agent, director, or close family member of any employee of 6egame or its affiliated group companies.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, cooling-off period, or any other voluntary or mandatory restriction placed on your account.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.

6egame reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the stipulated timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

3. Account Registration

Each individual Player is permitted to hold one (1) account on the 6egame Platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, a valid email address, a Pakistani mobile number, and your date of birth. You agree to update your account information promptly should any details change.

6egame reserves the right to decline any registration application without being required to provide a reason for such refusal. Account registration is subject to successful completion of our identity verification process as described in Section 4 of these Terms.

4. Identity Verification (KYC)

In accordance with our internationally recognised gaming license obligations and applicable anti-money laundering (AML) standards, 6egame is required to verify the identity of all registered Players. This process is known as Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification.

You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents at any time, including during registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or as part of an ongoing compliance review:

• Proof of Identity: A clear copy of your valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerized National Identity Card) showing your photograph, CNIC number, and date of birth.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued document showing your name and residential address, dated within the last three (3) months.
• Proof of Payment Method: A screenshot or statement confirming ownership of the JazzCash account, EasyPaisa wallet, bank account, or card used for deposits.
• Source of Funds: For large deposits or withdrawals, 6egame may request evidence of the source of funds, such as a payslip, bank statement, or business records.

Failure to complete KYC verification within thirty (30) calendar days of a formal request may result in the restriction or suspension of your account. 6egame will not process withdrawal requests until KYC verification is successfully completed.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 6egame Platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following rules apply to all deposits and withdrawal requests:

5.1 Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is PKR 500 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotional offer.
• 6egame accepts deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Visa, Mastercard, and USDT (Tether).
• Deposits are credited to your 6egame wallet promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Processing times may vary depending on the selected payment method.
• 6egame does not accept cash deposits or deposits made on behalf of another player.

5.2 Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 1,000 unless otherwise specified.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method previously used for a deposit on the same account, subject to the Company's discretion.
• All withdrawals are subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification as outlined in Section 4.
• 6egame reserves the right to apply additional security checks to withdrawal requests that are flagged as unusual or that exceed standard thresholds.
• Processing times for approved withdrawals are typically one (1) to five (5) business days, depending on the payment method selected.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6egame offers various promotional bonuses to new and existing Players from time to time. The following general terms apply to all bonus offers unless a specific promotion's individual terms expressly state otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: All deposit bonuses and free-spin winnings are subject to a wagering requirement, which specifies how many times the bonus amount must be wagered before a withdrawal can be requested. The applicable wagering requirement will be displayed clearly on each individual promotion page.
• Validity Period: Bonuses must be used within the validity period stated on the promotion. Unused bonuses that have expired will be removed from your account automatically.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally to meeting wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while table games, live casino, and sports bets may contribute a lower percentage or not at all. Specific contribution rates are published on each promotion's terms page.
• Maximum Bet Rule: While an active bonus is in play, the maximum permitted bet per round or spin is PKR 500 unless otherwise stated. Placing bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• One Bonus Per Promotion: Players are entitled to claim each promotional offer once. Duplicate accounts, collusion, or other methods of circumventing this restriction constitute bonus abuse.
• 6egame Reserve Rights: 6egame reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time and without prior notice. Players who have already claimed an active bonus will not be affected by mid-promotion amendments unless fraud is suspected.

7. Gaming Rules & Fair Play

All casino games available on the 6egame Platform are provided by third-party game providers under license and use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently audited and tested to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes for all Players.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 6egame Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Use of any automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with games on your behalf.
• Collusion or coordination with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or technical faults in any game or the Platform itself. Any winnings derived from a confirmed technical error are void and will be reversed.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity through the Platform.
• Providing false information during registration or the KYC process.

6egame reserves the right to void any bet or game result that it reasonably determines has been affected by a technical fault, system error, human error, or fraudulent activity. In such cases, the relevant stake will be returned to the Player's account balance.

8. Sportsbook Rules

The 6egame sportsbook offers betting markets on cricket — including PSL, international Test matches, T20Is, ODIs, and ICC tournaments — as well as other sports. The following rules apply to all sports bets placed on the Platform:

• Bet Acceptance: All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Odds are subject to change without notice before a bet is confirmed. 6egame reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet without providing a reason.
• Void Bets: A bet may be declared void if the event is cancelled, postponed beyond a specified period, or if the market is settled in error. Voided bets have the stake returned to the Player's account.
• In-Play Betting: Bets placed during live in-play events are subject to a brief delay to ensure fairness. 6egame reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time.
• Maximum Winnings: 6egame sets maximum payout limits per event and per day. These limits are published in the sportsbook section of the Platform and may vary by sport and market type.
• Obvious Errors: Where odds are clearly published in error (for example, due to a technical fault resulting in manifestly incorrect pricing), 6egame reserves the right to void all bets placed at those incorrect odds and return stakes to Players.

9. Responsible Gaming

6egame is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations in this area extremely seriously. The Platform is strictly intended for entertainment purposes only and must not be used as a source of income or financial remedy.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered Players via the account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your 6egame account.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure automatic reminders that alert you after a specified period of continuous gaming activity.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days) during which you cannot log in or place bets.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. Players who have self-excluded must not attempt to open new accounts; any such accounts discovered will be closed and balances forfeited.

10. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your 6egame login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your account credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 6egame immediately by contacting our support team at [email protected]. 6egame will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account that arise as a result of your failure to adequately secure your credentials.

6egame employs industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption across all pages of the Platform and applies additional security protocols to all financial transactions. However, no online system is entirely immune from risk, and Players are encouraged to use strong, unique passwords and to enable two-factor authentication where available.

11. Account Suspension & Termination

6egame reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if it reasonably believes that any of the following circumstances apply:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms or any other applicable policy.
• The Player has provided false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• The Player has been found to have created multiple accounts in contravention of the single-account rule.
• The Player's account shows evidence of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• The Player has engaged in bonus abuse or any other activity intended to gain an unfair advantage.
• The Player has failed to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Regulatory, legal, or compliance obligations require the Company to restrict access.

Upon permanent account closure for legitimate reasons not related to a breach, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method following satisfactory completion of all verification checks.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on the 6egame Platform, including but not limited to the 6egame name, logo, website design, software, text, graphics, images, game interfaces, and promotional materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of 6egame or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without prior written consent from 6egame.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 6egame, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Any loss of funds resulting from gambling activity on the Platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any individual game or service.
• Any technical errors, delays, or data loss occurring during the use of the Platform.
• Any unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 6egame makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose of the Platform or any content thereon.

14. Privacy & Data Protection

6egame collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

15. Amendments to These Terms

6egame reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, we will notify registered Players via email or an in-platform notification at least seven (7) calendar days prior to the changes taking effect, where practicable.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and contact support to close your account. The version date displayed at the top of this page indicates when these Terms were last updated.

16. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which 6egame holds its internationally recognised gaming license.

In the event of any dispute between you and 6egame, you should first contact our customer support team at [email protected] with a clear description of your complaint. 6egame undertakes to acknowledge all formal complaints within forty-eight (48) hours and to provide a substantive response within fifteen (15) business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process, it may be referred to the independent dispute resolution body specified by our gaming license authority. Details of the applicable dispute resolution mechanism are available upon request from our support team.
